Beautiful location, junior suite was spacious and balcony view had panoramic view of the lake. Easy access to the ferry and local restaurants. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was a great spread. Lots to do around the lake, would recommend in an instant.

Lovely hotel, a couple of minor points only

Very much enjoyed our 3 night stay. Excellent location and wonderful views from our "superior" lakeview rooms. Only a few very small criticisms stop it being 5 stars all round. 1) Only 1 mirror, a large one with not terribly good lighting, in the bathroom. 2) we found the bed rather hard. 3) It would have been nice to have a kettle and tea making facility in the room 4) and a couple more standard electric power points. 5) The shower has an emergency call cord in case of slipping etc. which is excellent. However it was tied up so high that anyone who slipped in the shower and actually would have been unable to reach it!! Decor and conditoin of the buildings was beautiful, and otherwise a really good place to stay. The emergency

This was such a wonderful surprise! We did not know this smaller lakeside village had great amenities so close to the hotel! Cool bars, great gelato, wonderful lakeside promenade. We thought Cannobio was where we needed to be… wrong this is IT. Ok, about the hotel. Perfect service, amenities, great view room.

Best service we have ever had in Italy (and we have been there a lot). Exceptionally forthcoming and fast staff, clean and beautiful hotel and surroundings, very good parking arrangements (though tight, as everywhere in Italy, but they helped us in the parking, too).

Fantastic place

Amazing hotel and location. We loved the lemon trees around the pool, the food, the service, the lakeside views and the quietness of the location. Very, very clean and tidy. Children and dogs were welcomed. Easy to take a ferry to other towns. We drove up into the mountains for a spectacular walk. We plan to come again, if we can book early enough!!

The room was in front of a bar with music. The soundproofing is very poor, almost impossible to sleep before 1:00 am and the closing of the bar. Quite surprising for a 4 Stars hotel..

Wow just blown away by this fab place

We’ve just had two nights stay in the Junior suite at this fabulous hotel. From the minute we set eyes on it, we couldn’t believe how lucky we were to have found this gem. The setting is absolutely stunning, right on the water’s edge, uninterrupted view across Lago Majore. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and even set up a table right on the waters edge for us to have dinner. Our room was enormous with a super kingsize bed, a sofa bed and two arm chairs. It was up on the top floor and had four windows. We would have have preferred a smaller room with balcony but as this hotel is so busy we were lucky to have this. Everything was spotlessly clean. Large bathroom with corner bath and separate shower. There are numerous restaurants in the area but we decided to eat at the hotel and the food was excellent. Breakfast was a buffet bar with a great range of choice for anything you could wish for. In the evening, there was a pianist playing in their bar and we enjoyed an impromptu sing along with other residents. There is also a beautiful pool on second floor with sunlougers dotted around. This hotel might not be your choice if you crave the night live, but great for peace and quiet relaxing holiday with some entertainment. We would have loved to have stayed much longer and hopefully we can return there very soon for a longer break.
