(The convertible sofa is 120cm wide) You will enjoy an exceptional setting in absolute calm in this secure residence, a parking space, an infinity pool with a breathtaking view and sports fields. Charming 2-room air-conditioned apartment with terrace lounge. For the nights, you will have a 140x190 bed in the bedroom and a 120x190 sofa bed that can accommodate 2 children or one adult. You will also have a bathroom with a separate toilet, a kitchenette with a dishwasher, a TV, and fiber optic internet. We remain at your disposal before, during, and after your stay via the Airbnb app and by text message. Villa Francia is located in the heart of the Croix des Gardes area, surrounded by the beach below and the woods above. The beach is accessible on foot in 8 minutes or by car in 5 minutes. The Croix des Gardes park is accessible by car in 5 minutes. Buses and shuttles are also available in the immediate vicinity of the residence. Your stay includes access to the residence's amenities and a reserved parking space. You will be able to use the large infinity pool, the tennis court, and the multi-sports field at your leisure.
