Feel your shoulders relax and your body go into vacation mode the moment you walk through the door of this beautifully appointed ocean view condo. Located in the desirable Tolovana Park neighborhood in south Cannon Beach, you will find the ocean is only two short blocks away.

Step inside this splendid, first floor home where beautiful slate flooring will lead you through a charming entry hall—replete with extra closet space and beach toys for the kids.

Down the hall and on your right you will find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. This kitchen is a chef's delight and features an electric stove, gorgeous granite countertops and tile backsplash, and lovely hardwood floors (which you will enjoy throughout the main living area). Just past the kitchen, you'll see a cozy little dining table—perfect for a family of 4 to share wonderful meals, stories, and games.

Meander through the dining area and find yourself in the living room. Here, a luxurious leather couch faces a stunning, slate-stone fireplace—the perfect spot to warm up after beachcombing. Atop the fireplace rests a large, flat-screen TV.

Head back toward the entry hall and discover the master bedroom which holds a plush, king-size bed, reading chair, and large, flat-screen TV. A finely-crafted, sliding barn-wood door will lead you into a roomy walk-in closet which also serves as the entrance to the full, master bedroom—complete with a shower/bathtub combination. Step outside the master bedroom and make your way toward the living room; on your left, you'll find the second bedroom. This lovely room also features a king bed as well as two reading chairs, and direct access to the full, hall bathroom.

Outside, the large, west-facing deck is a fantastic spot to watch the sunset while enjoying delicious fare cooked up on the outdoor grill. A magnificent, covered, saltwater pool is available for all guests and ensures that, regardless of the beach weather, you always have a great option for aquatic fun.

Great Stay at Cannon Beach

This property had everything we needed for a great stay at Cannon Beach. The location and proximity to the beach is unmatched! It is a little far from the town (meaning, you'll probably want a car) but conveniently located next to a great grocery store and steps from the beach! Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location in Cannon Beach

This 2nd story condo was clean, well equipped and perfectly located right next to a lovely new supermarket. It's just outside the busy area but so easy to access beach, restaurants and shopping just a few minutes north. Will come back.

Convenient location

This is our 3rd trip to Cannon Beach and the Tolovana Park location is absolutely great. The bed was a little stiff but not a deal breaker.

Family Vacation

We had such a wonderful time in Cannon Beach! A great little town with lots to see and do. We loved our little home away from home. It fit just what our family needed. The check in was easy, the place was clean and had everything we needed. It offered a quick walk to the beach with a local grocery store near by for anything that you could possibly need! We loved it!

Modern Condo with beach access

Very modern and up to date condo with an easy walk to the beach. Quiet location compared to downtown but still has access to amenities such as groceries. The beds were a little on the hard side for my comfort. Otherwise a great place to stay for a family of 4 or two couples.

Good overall place

This property is on the south side of town so walking to most places is a hike although there is one restaurant and a grocery only steps away. It’s got a little view of the ocean directly down the street and that street leading to the ocean also has lots of black bunnies that are pretty cute and much talked about. Despite being a little of a hike to most restaurants I’d stay here again for sure. Very comfortable, clean. Negative is that they need some thicker drapes or blinds. The ones they have are nearly sheer and don’t block any light.

Cute little beach condo! Great location!

We came for a 3-night stay, to be close to the beach. The location of this condo is fantastic. It’s a short walk to the beach and nearby park. The grocery store is next door and open until 8pm. The inside is very cute and updated. It is very small inside, but it was just fine for 2 adults and our toddler. The kitchen has just enough supplies. The bedroom curtains are see through and don’t block much light. I would recommend bringing something to help block the light if that bothers you. The condo thermostat worked great. Could get it toasty pretty quickly on the cold, wet evenings. The checkout cleaning process was minimal, which we really appreciated. There were two mugs and some whole-bean coffee as a welcome gift, which we enjoyed. Thanks for sharing your lovely condo!

Lovely week at the beach

Condo was delightful, well appointed and overall a great place to stay. Two small things: could not get the oven to work - maybe check this out as I tried for a while with no luck. (The range works great, by the way--just the oven was dead.) Also: PLEASE get a better set of barbecue tongs! This sounds nitpicky but the tongs there with the blue handle are UNUSABLE. There's a lovely grill on the deck, but those tongs...my god...I almost threw them in the Pacific Ocean. This is small change however. We loved the place and will very likely be back.
