Reception was very kind and friendly, and breakfast was nice. Only downside was the room key as the keys didn’t work many times and we had to go to the reception to reset the keys.

No longer open; was routed to another hotel up the road. Reservation worked and the room was fine (expected quality or slightly above what I expected when I booked). Just need to pull down this property for reservations until it’s re-opened.

The room was very clean and very spacious. Nothing fancy and a bit outdated but comfortable. Close to parks and restaurants (5 miles). Decent continental breakfast. The atetndant, L was very nice and helpful.

The concierge was excellent. The Grand Starcase Inn was closed due to plumbing problems. We were transferred to a sister inn that could use some cleaning in the rooms.
