"Yes breakfast was good , no room for us to use the parking"

"I really don’t want to be negative about my stay at your hotel. Lovely location, nice well looked after buildings and brilliant for a 10 minute drive to the ferry at Ouistreham in the morning. But please get some staff! The service in the restaurant wasn’t brilliant and a few orders were forgotten, my main meal was ok, but arrived lukewarm warm, as if it had been prepared a while before it was delivered. Having just one member of staff, or might have been the owner, I don’t know, booking people in, sorting out payment, showing them to their rooms, serving coffee clearing glasses from the bar and garden, taking food orders, serving drinks and food all at the same time, on their own is the problem I think. Not the staff member. You know how many people will be staying with you, and when they are coming and who they are, so please invest in appropriate amount of staff to aid your customers experience. I would happily stay there again. Please take this review as constructive and not destructive, as it is a lovely hotel, and I did overal enjoy my visit their."

"À part la chambre pas beaucoup est offert. Il faut apporter son cadenas et sa serviette. Pas de salle commune puisqu'elle est réservée pour des groupes scolaires même lorsqu'il n'y a plus de groupe scolaire. Il y a une cuisine où il faut s'organiser avec les moyens du bord, pas beaucoup d'assiettes pour un repas il n'y en avait pas. À part le micro-ondes il faut pouvoir s'organiser. "

"Une maison idéale pour deux grands-parents et leur petites filles. Bien équipée, d un entretien sans soucis au quotidien. Le jardin est juste assez grand pour bien en profiter et le fait qu il soit clos permet d avoir l esprit tranquille. La plage a deux pas est superbe, le quartier, plein de charme, est très tranquille. La literie est confortable. Seul bémol : la fourniture de draps n est pas comprise et pour 650 la semaine c est un service de base que l on est surpris de ne pas trouver."

"Our check-in process was fantastic. Friendly and knowledgable team members which was a great start to the stay. The room was fantastic, everything had been thought of (utensils, welcome pack with basic cleaning supplies, kitchen appliances). The pool was incredible, a little dated (a couple of interactive features did not work, and they did not turn on the water features until we were out and ready to leave), but such a relaxing change of pace to other family parks we have experiences. The outdoor pool area was welcomed by our two children too, being warmed too was an excellent addition. The on site shop has selected opening times, something to bear in mind if you’re relying on it for anything. The children’s area is superb, we could have spent everyday of our stay all day here! So overall, we’re very happy with our stay and already looking ahead to our return visit!"
