"We are a family of 4 including 13 year old and this was the first trip to Italy(Europe) from Canada. We landed at Venice and arrived at Milan central station using high speed train. We used Freenow taxi(Lyft) to go to the hotel. Uber is also available in Milan and there was Uber pickup and dropoff spot right in front of the station, but we had to walk to the specific spot to take Freenow taxi which was located a block away from the staition. "Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Personal ist freundlich und spricht Englisch. Negativ ist, dass der Hotelparkplatz oft voll ist und wir dort nicht parken konnten. Auch die Straßen rund um das Hotel sind sehr überfüllt, daher sollte man damit rechnen, weiter entfernt parken und anschließend zum Hotel laufen zu müssen. Der Fitnessraum ist praktisch unbrauchbar und kann kaum sinnvoll genutzt werden."
