"The staff was SUPER nice We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with a sofa bed and the mattress was AWFUL! I called the front desk to ask for blankets n pillows to make it more comfortable and my grandkids had to sleep with us bcuz they couldn’t get a good nights rest. "

"Very clean room and comfortable bed. Free breakfast was good. The only mild nuisance was the noise of the climate control motor (not sure what it was) or something that would turn on for 5 ot 10 seconds then turn off then come back a few minutes later. "

"Loved the place, especially with it being in the middle of Old Town, near several places to visit by walking. The place was very nice and clean, for some reason it felt more like a room from a home more so than a hotel room, a welcoming or "warmer" type of comfortable. My only complain would be that the temperature on the shower was slow to adapt. At first I thought there was no hot water, and then it was too hot and I couldn't get it to cool down."

"I will no longer stay at this hotel. It was my hotel of choice when I had a business trip in Oxnard. But I made an honest mistake and booked for the wrong week, and they refused to give me a refund and/or credit. I have also advised my colleagues to no longer stay there."

"Loved your hotel very clean and the rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. We slept very well and your breakfast was great! You had everything that I usually enjoy. I will be staying at your hotel from now on when I visit family. Thank you "

"The cottage was just perfect for 2 grandparents visiting family. I asked for the shower curtain to be replaced, and the host was very responsive. I would suggest that basics like hand soap, kleenex and dish soap be checked between rentals. We needed to purchase some of these things. Again, the host offered to reimburse us. Will return!"
