Not only was the hotel beautiful with spectacular views, but, the staff were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. From start to finish every member of staff was so lovely. Thank you so very much for our wonderful stay.
A great location in Canterbury. Right next to the cathedral.
Clean, well organised room. Full room service each day.
Lovely breakfast. Cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit, croissants and toast and jam.
Bottled water available for guests to take for day trips etc. Great for the hot weather.
Staff were very helpful, polite and professional.
Highly recommend
First of all, can't beat the location of this boutique hotel. It's right next to the cathedral gate and of course a minute walk to the cathedral. It's centrally located around shops and restaurants. We only stayed 1 night at the property, but we had the best experience. The hotel staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We were able to check in right away and the rooms were ready when we checked in at noon. They were very helpful and made sure that all our needs were met. One of our friends left his phone in the reception area, and their staff chased us all the way down the street to give his cellphone, helped us booked a taxi reservation, and provided all sorts of recommendations. Our stay also came with a simple continental breakfast which is a plus. I would recommend this hotel and will stay again when we come back to Canterbury.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast was good.
Very quirky old building - all floors slope in a different direction which is rather characterful but walls between rooms are very thin.
Would be happy to stay again.
A fantastic location with a large very clean bedroom. The bathroom was small but good with an enthusiastic shower. Normal coffee and tea making facility. My only complaint was the bed was rather small for two people.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Is definitely stay here again.

A unique location, everything spotless, great staff.
Proximity to the center and next to the beautiful Cathedral are primary reasons for choosing this hotel - our room was painfully small with a toilet right outside for the use of two other rooms which was a bit uncomfortable in such tight quarters.
Continental breakfast was plentiful and some good choices.
Overall a nice stay.
The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The labyrinth of stairs, roves, and corridors were fun. Staff were amicable and informative, breakfasts were good, varied, and flexible. The location was outstanding. I’m looking forward to our next stay there.
An amazing hotel due to the staff, highly recommend. Housekeeping were fantastic such attention to detail for a small hotel.great location but really staff and level of service makes this hotel exceptional.
