The hotel was near to the city centre, only a 10-15 min walk. "

"Excellent Location, could not fault any aspect of this hotel. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. Travelled with son who has food allergies and he was extremely well catered for. One particular member of staff stood out and that was Michaela in the breakfast room. Definitely recommend."

"The hotel was well located. Easy access but not right in the middle of everything which is what we prefer. There were some lovely restaurants around the hotel area. The room itself was spacious and nicely decorated. The only thing we didn’t like were the breakfasts. They were really sub par which was disappointing and quite unusual."

"Pros: breakfast had gluten free options, Clean room, good location, good value for money. Cons: sound proofing could be improved. We were in a front room, which overlooked a noisy macdonalds. We didn't ask to swap rooms as were only there for 2 nights, with hindsight would have been a good idea to at least have asked to swap."

"I don’t think this hotel is 4 star. My room was outdated - no working air con, a shower which didn’t close properly and minimal sound proofing. It was also very noisy at night. The breakfast was great and they did allow me late checkout (at a cost)"

We were made to feel special at all times, with staff consistently attentive to every detail and always willing to help, including assisting us with transportation, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Without a doubt, if we return to Verona, we will definitely stay at Hotel Indigo again.
