Welcome! We love that our home will provide you with a relaxing environment to enjoy your Family and Friends! Our home is located on 70 Acres approximately 6 miles to downtown Canton (Historic First Monday Trade Days). We are about 40 miles to Tyler, near 4 East Texas Lakes, Cannon Creek Vineyard, Yesterland Farm, Santa Land, Lake Fork Stables, Canton Grand Safari Adventure, Rocky Ridge Drive Through Safari, and Splash Kingdom. This home is Fully Furnished and has Central Heat & Air, Washer & Dryer, Large Covered Back Porch, Complete Kitchen (Appliances, Dishes, Pots & Pans, Cooking Utensils, Silverware, Plates, Glasses & Coffee Cups, & a few Kid Dishes too!) Coffee Maker, Bed Linens & Pillows (plus extras), Blankets, Towels & Washcloths, Toiletries, Hangers, Hair Dryers, Iron & Ironing Board, DVD Player (NO DVD's), Antenna TV, as well as some Games & Puzzles. All you will need to bring are your personal clothes and items you can't live without. No wifi here...…. This is country living. There are no big-city HOA rules or city ordinances dictating what the neighborhood should look like in this area. Some people are very neat and tidy and other people.....not so much. Rest assured, Brasher Family Farm is in the very neat and tidy category! Most homes are separated by a bit of land in between. You will drive down 2 roads that are as we say "back roads". They are asphalt paved but sometimes they may need some work. Occasionally, there may be a wondering cow or deer crossing. You might also see ATV's or tractors driving these roads. Please, drive slow and be on the lookout. The Brasher Family Farm is our quiet home away from busy reality, our place to get back to the basics........Live, Laugh, and Love with family & friends!
