Hanging bed or pullout sofa both queen size. Private porch area with small
firepit - cook or just roast some marshmallows.
The space
Inside the unit you will find a spa like setting towel warmers, face towel warmer, everything to make the perfect cup of coffee, hot chocolate or tea.
Farm fresh duck eggs and english muffins and bagels await you in the morning. An airfryer/toaster oven can cook just about anything you desire and we have provided a cookbook for that also. Soothing music, a Roku TV and candles - just lay back on the hanging bed and relax.

We are 6 miles from interstate 575 Canton, Georgia. Lots of great restaurants in our quaint downtown area and close to beautiful Gibbs Gardens. Walking trails nearby Amicalola Falls State Park, Etowah River Trails, Roberts Lake trail in Ball Ground and our own small 2 mile loop trail in our neighborhood Veterans Park are available and we will pack a lunch for you $12

All Kids ride a horse for a bit if they wish - just ask
Guest access
Guests welcome to use outdoor fireplace inside the paddock area for cooking a great meal or relaxing and interact with our horses - they love treats and hugs and white wine. Feel free to walk around the property and visit with the animals. Treats provided in canister.
Small fire pit right outside your door with charcoal provided and cooking pans plus everything to make somemores. Ask us about wineries nearby and live intimate music venues such as Matildas and West Milford farm Friday night concerts very close by - these are amazing.
Feather's Edge art gallery and winery with live music on the weekends. - Truly some amazing things to do in Canton - just ask us! We love our town.

This place has so much character. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the design process and the comfort of their guest. It was such an relaxing atmosphere and the recommendations for the local restaurants did not disappoint. We enjoyed watching and feeding the horses, loving on Bebe (the sweetest cat ever) and watching the deer.

Our stay at Little Bit Farm was absolutely magical. From the horses greeting us at arrival to a romantic dinner by the fire (with Adele’s incredible cooking and wine), everything was perfect. One night just wasn’t enough... we can’t wait to come back and stay longer. If you’re looking for a romantic getaway, this is the place!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful guest house and property with us! Everything was truly wonderful! The house was clean, comfortable and decorated so beautifully. It felt like a spa retreat with horses. My only regret was that we weren’t there longer. I sincerely hope to stay again the next time we visit Georgia.

Cozy Farm Stay

My family was in town for a family event and we wanted to stay somewhere unique! We are so glad we found the Little Bit Farm! The house was cozy and looks right out to the horses. Our daughter (1 1/2yrs) loved watching the horses. The house was extremely clean and cozy! A great family get away!!

Amazing time!

We had a great time staying at Adele’s. The pictures online don’t do the property justice- it is so much more relaxing and beautiful in person. Adele was a wonderful host and we had an incredible time. She cooked dinner for us outside and she went above and beyond! The horses were so well behaved and the new kitten Gracie was so sweet!

Weekend Escape

This property was the perfect weekend escape into the quiet country. Me and my partner stayed in the little cottage for just a night and wish we stayed longer. The touches made it feel like a spa and the add ons made it a truly restful weekend.

Fantastic stay!

We were greeted with a smile, great dinner, and conversation. The horses were sweet a and tranquil atmosphere for our outdoor dinner. We don't make it to the area often, but will gladly come back to this location next time we are in town. Thanks for all of the references to local things to do, we had a super weekend getaway!

Hospitality at its finest

This was truly a wonderful experience for our family. The place had everything we needed but Adele added such unique experiences and over the top touches to our stay. Great weekend escape

You won’t be disappointed with the rustic farmhouse style with spa-like touches. The friendly horses greeted us upon arrival, and the cozy little abode was perfect for a night away. The hosts were available and nearby without feeling too close. This property was the best find!

Atlanta Legacy Showcase with Family

Fantastic accommodations for family of 4. Beats any of the stay-to-play options! You can’t pet, feed and ride horses at a Hampton Inn! Adele was a friendly and courteous host.

Awesome

Lil Bit Farm was so peaceful and relaxing. Sitting on the couch and looking out the windows at all the beauty of nature was awesome The horses are so cool. On our last day there we fed them apples and carrots. I’m not sure who enjoyed that more, us or the horses !!! Adelle the owner is hospitable and helpful and kind.

Relaxing weekend getaway

We love this place! I booked it as a little weekend getaway for me and the husband and it was great. Very clean and cozy. It comes with an extra bonus; some very sweet horses right outside your living room window. They walk up to greet you when you walk in the back yard or you can just watch them from the couch. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I honestly can’t think of one negative thing about this place. And the host was great. She made sure the place was welcoming and had everything you need. She’s a very sweet lady and very knowledgeable about her horses. I do regret not booking the dinner she cooks for you, but we will definitely be back and book it then!

Perfect, cozy, country getaway.

Wow, what a beautiful rental! We highly recommend staying here. The horses are super sweet and very well taken care of. The horses love the provided treats. We enjoyed fresh duck eggs and biscuits for breakfast. While eating, we enjoyed fresh red roses on the dining table while we glanced at the horses between bites and conversation. Coffee beans in the fridge. Aromatherapy towels and essential oils to help relax. Towel warmer and a great shower in a nicely done and cozy bathroom. She really has thought of everything. Even bug spray! Also, the horse fact scavenger hunt was quite fun and a nice addition to the experience. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a wonderful time

My husband and I came up for the weekend to visit family. We have two dogs, one of which has health issues so we asked Adele if we could bring both as long as they were crated when we were out, and she kindly agreed. There is a pet fee of 50 so be aware of that, but still way cheaper than boarding them! The place is small but has everything you need. It’s clean and there are multiple ceiling fans and A/C so we never got too warm, which is great bc my husband and I both run hot. The horses are very close so you can see them from the windows which was very cool. While my dogs didn’t like them, we loved them, and there are blinds you can draw if you have a dog so that the dogs can’t see them. Adele is very kind. She has a house nearby so she’s around if you need something but was also very good about giving space. She also put up with my dogs howling for a bit when we first left them which I was very appreciative of because I know they can be loud and that’s something that always worries me when we travel. There were free snacks and coffee, and also treats you can feed the horses. There’s an outside cat, Gracie, who was very loving but I imagine would also leave you alone if you don’t like cats.I will say that since this place is in a somewhat rural area of North Georgia, there are some bugs. Bring bug spray if you’re going to spend a lot of time outside. Otherwise, enjoy your stay! You’ll love it!
