"I booked our reservations to a third-party booking site. Our check-in time was scheduled for three. We showed up at three and was told that due to a sellout the night before and them being shorthanded that the rooms will not be ready till 4 o’clock. We left went to the mall and came back at 4 o’clock. Apparently everybody else was told the same thing so there was probably 20 people in line to check in they had one person working in the front desk two people standing there and not doing anything. I honestly believe they were just trying to buy more time to get the rooms cleaned by not checking more people in. We did not get checked into our room till almost 5 o’clock. Our room was not clean. Our AC was broke walked back down to tell them that the AC was broke and was told that we would just have to wait. They were busy and yes they were busy and maybe on any other day the hotel would probably been Great but they shouldn’t sell out all the rooms if they don’t have the adequate staff to clean them and have them ready for check ins the next day. I had my room booked almost 4 months in advanced. I can understand that things happen sometimes, but I never received an email stating that our check-in time had changed. Furthermore the staff was completely overwhelmed and didn’t know how to handle the situation and they were very rude."

"It was clean enough. Definitely needs some renovations to the actual foundation and paint and not just furniture. The staff was so so except the bar and breakfast staff, they were a delight. Would I stay here again? If I needed to, would I recommend this to anyone? Nah. The breakfast situation was a whole ordeal. I paid an extra $2 to receive free breakfast for my entire room but only 2 of is were added. They wanted $13 for breakfast or $9 for continental. That's just too much. Just add it to the fees for a set price. Imo"

"The hotel was nice overall. There was a faint musty odor which is sometimes expected with pet friendly hotels. The pool was closed and they should have notified guests about this. As for the room, it was clean, toiletries were great quality, the pillows and bed were comfortable. Tv channels were limited. Also you should note that there is a relatively steep but short walk up to the parking garage. Plenty of places to walk your dog. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby."

"It's a basic clean place to stay but for the price and other hotels in the areas, I wouldn't choose this location again. The room was clean and had the basics. The TV is very dated. Limited channels but no viewing options of your own subscriptions which would be helpful given that the pool wasn't working and there was nothing else to do. And charging for breakfast for $22.00 per day is wild. I stayed nearby in March and switched to this location (regrettably). Unless this changes, I won't be staying again. And there is also a $50 per night incidental and daily parking fees in a giant lot where most hotels don't charge to park."

2/10 Terrible

"The ratings did not reflect what we experienced. First I got a message that stated I didn’t pay despite having a receipt showing I paid. Then I arrived and had the pay the amount in full again. We got into the room and the shower water was luke warm while the coffee maker didn’t work. I inquired about we could do to remedy the situation and the front desk said she would ask her manager. The beds were so uncomfortable we decided to leave. The front desk said they would refund me the other three nights we reserved. We are still waiting for confirmation."
