"L’hôtel est bien situé, près du centre de San Jose. Thomas et son équipe sont très sympathiques et accueillants et n’hésitent pas à faire le nécessaire pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Les enfants, et nous mêmes, avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine, le jacuzzi et la glissade!! Nous recommandons!"

"As a Hilton Honors member, I am deeply disappointed and appalled by the treatment I received from the staff at this property. The behavior I experienced was not only completely unprofessional but also overtly discriminatory. I previously attempted to share an honest account of this experience, but the review was rejected. Travelers deserve to know that the service here falls far short of standard hospitality ethics, and the bias shown by the staff was entirely unacceptable. I cannot recommend...

"The door key every single time I went from the lobby to the room had a reset, when I checked in door, keys and work air-conditioning didn’t work every time I come to this hotel it gets worse"

"Un hotel de mucha historia en costa rica. Se conserva muy bien y se mantiene actualizado. Es ideal para viajeros que dispongan de vehículo porque tiene acceso a diferentes sitios por varias rutas. Si ubicacion lo hace muy seguro y dispone de todos los servicios a su alrededor. Nos gusta usarlo para escaparnos de la rutina un fin de semana familiar."
