Summary:
Watch the sunset spill across Canyon Lake from our back deck, then ease into the private hot tub as the Hill Country goes quiet. Our 4-bedroom, 3-bath home (1,800 sq ft, plus a flex space room) has 7 beds and two decks, and it's cozy for 2-6 guests yet roomy enough for larger groups. As of July 17, 2026, the lake is 98% full, so boating and fishing are on!
The Space:
THE SPACE
We built our stays around the view. Panoramic sunset views over Canyon Lake stretch out from the back deck, and the hot tub has real privacy, so you can soak in the evening without feeling watched. Inside, 1,800 sq ft gives everyone room to spread out: 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a flex space room for games, a quiet corner or extra lounging. An indoor fireplace and air conditioning keep you comfortable in any season, and the private entrance makes arriving easy. Guests often tell us they spot foxes, deer and birds wandering through in the mornings and evenings, so keep your coffee close and your eyes on the yard.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
- 4 bedrooms with 7 beds in total, with bed linens, extra pillows and blankets provided
- Flex space room for extra hangout or sleeping space
- 3 full bathrooms, so mornings never turn into a line, and there's a bathtub when you want a long soak
- Crib available for little ones
KITCHEN & DINING
You'll find a full kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. We stock cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, coffee and a coffee maker, so you can start the day with a fresh cup and be cooking dinner without a grocery run for the basics. Gather at the dining table inside, or eat outside at the outdoor dining area with the lake views.
OUTDOORS
You have two decks to choose from, plus a backyard with outdoor furniture, a fire pit and a BBQ grill. Spend the morning on the deck with coffee, grill dinner as the sky turns orange, then finish the night by the fire pit or in the hot tub. Your stay also includes private access to the neighborhood HOA pool, about 15 minutes away. It has a large pool area with chairs, shaded areas, bathrooms and showers. You'll need a key to get in, and we kindly ask that you follow the posted pool rules so everyone enjoys it.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
We're on Canyon Lake, in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, and it makes a great home base. Guests head to Comal Park for lake access, and when the water is high, as it is now, they go boating and fishing. Between lake days, take time to explore the Hill Country around you. Then come back for sunset on the deck. Many of our guests say it's the best part of the day.
