These cabins have been designed with bright finishes, a well-stocked kitchen, and eclectic furnishings for a luxurious yet charming feel.

The Space:
Your booking includes 5 side-by-side cabins—four spacious 3BR, 2BA cabins and one charming 1BR, 1BA cabin with a private HOT TUB. Together, they host up to 36 guests, making them perfect for family reunions, retreats, and group getaways. All cabins feature bright finishes, well-stocked kitchens, and cozy living spaces. Cabin R includes a vinyl record player for a nostalgic touch. Guests share access to our shared community pool, fire pits, hammocks, terraces, and stargazing spots.

Guest Access:
You’ll have all 5 cabins to yourselves, plus access to shared amenities, including our sparkling pool, wood-burning fire pits, hammocks, terraces, and yard games. Up to 2 cars per cabin (10 total) allowed on-site.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the Texas Hill Country near Canyon Lake, you’re minutes from swimming, boating, and fishing. Enjoy floating the Guadalupe River, wine tasting in Fredericksburg, concerts at Whitewater Amphitheater, dancing at Gruene Hall, or family fun at Schlitterbahn—all within a short drive.

Getting Around:
Most guests arrive by car. We’re about 1 hr from both Austin & San Antonio. Parking for up to 10 cars total (2 per cabin) is included. Ride-shares and local shuttles are also available in the area.

Other Things to Note:
Pets stay free! Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–7 a.m. to keep the property peaceful for all guests. Parties and events are welcome with prior approval. As part of a dark-sky community, we keep outdoor lighting low for incredible stargazing! Please be mindful that we’re on a septic system, and there is no smoking on the property.

Interaction with Guests:
The cabins are self check in with a door code. We’re available by phone, text, email, or platform messaging. Our team is off-site but a 5 min drive nearby and happy to help if you need anything during your stay.
