Apartment for up to six guests located on the first floor of a modern residence with lift and a shared outdoor swimming pool. The property is composed of a living/dining room with a single sofa bed, an open plan kitchen, a twin bedroom, a double bedroom with a single bed, a cozy balcony, and a full bathroom with a shower box (washing machine out of use). One uncovered parking spot is included. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance. °Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, décor and colors may vary)
