Your mobilehome consists of 1 floor, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 29 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance leads directly in the living room/bedroom. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with 1 additional bed at sitting area and dinette. The dinette offers space for 7 persons. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchenette in the living room with gas stove (4 burners) and refrigerator (freezer). Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
In addition, your mobilehome is equipped with baby bed and high chair for children.

Holiday resort
National category 3 stars, reception, cash machine, 1 restaurant, pizzeria, internet (Wi-Fi), supermarket and launderette. For meals and breaks during the day, the complex offers a restaurant-pizzeria, a takeaway service, a snack bar and an ice cream parlour.

All dining facilities are open from the beginning of May to mid-September.

On the premises there is a supermarket and a bazaar, which are also open from the beginning of May to mid-September and offer useful products for your stay.

Further available services include cash machine, lockers, laundry and Wi-Fi at an extra charge. Some services may incur a fee.

Location
Caorle. The mobile home is located on a campsite, on a 100,000 sqm garden plot with lawn, shrubs and trees. Only 2 km from the historic centre of Caorle and about 70 km from Venice, the campsite is in an ideal location for those who wish to explore the charm of Veneto while at the same time enjoying the tranquillity of a nature-oriented holiday. The proximity to the sea and to the centre of Caorle makes this place perfect for families with children. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 1 car) on the property. A second parking space within the campsite can be requested and is available at an additional charge.

Special
Air conditioning. The fee for the air conditioning is €35.00 for up to 56 hours. Cot and high chair.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and a fire extinguisher.

Pool
All pools are available for your shared use. Outdoor pool. The complex has a large swimming pool for the whole family with three different water depths for adults and children.

Younger guests can enjoy themselves on the water slides, while adults can relax in the whirlpool area.

The pool area is equipped with parasols and sun loungers available for a fee. There is also a kiosk right by the pool offering drinks and snacks.

The swimming pool is open approximately from 5 May to around 19 September.

Leisure
In the complex: table tennis and bike rental. Animation for children. From mid-May to mid-September, the entertainment programme offers entertainment with exciting activities and moments of relaxation designed for the whole family. For the little ones there is a mini club and a playground, while sports enthusiasts can use a multi-purpose pitch for football and volleyball, beach volleyball and table tennis. For those who want to explore the surrounding area, bike hire is available (for a fee).

In summer: Adriatic Sea 250 m in Caorle (beach 250 m in Caorle with sand). Caorle: tennis 1.8 km and mini golf 3.8 km. Water sports facilities in Duna Verde 11.6 km. About 500 metres from the campsite there is a wide, freely accessible fine sandy beach, which can be easily reached via a short path.

Thanks to the gently sloping seabed, the beach is particularly suitable for families with children and for all those who wish to spend relaxing hours by the sea in a spacious and quiet setting.

The beach is not equipped. If you would like to use sun loungers and parasols, you will find equipped bathing establishments about 1 km from the campsite, in the direction of the centre of Caorle.
