Al Mennucci is a nice holiday rental (130 sq m) with air conditioning, WiFi internet and private pool. The property can sleep up to eight people comfortably in three bedrooms with three bathrooms. Conveniently located 3 km (2 mi) from Colle Di Compito, Italy and only 17 km (11 mi) from Lucca. Your Experience
This house was originally an old hayloft which has recently been converted into a delightful cottage. It is located in a superb position, high in the hills, 15 km to the south-east of Lucca, and surrounded by olive groves and pine trees. There are fantastic views over the countryside and the plain of Montecatini in the distance.
Close to the pool area, there is a stone-built barbecue and pizza oven, an outdoor shower and an outdoor dining area. Near the driveway, about 20 metres from the house, there is small guesthouse with a double bedroom and bathroom. The secluded position and the fact that it is accessible by its private road ensure peace and tranquillity for the guests of Al Mennucci. This road lasts for 1 km and it is unsealed, therefore not suitable for low sport cars.
When you arrive you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a peaceful vacation in Tuscany. Regardless of how you spend your days - visiting museums, shopping, sightseeing or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can relax with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. Sharing a meal with friends and family is a big part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your holiday.
