The location is excellent: close to supermarkets and restaurants, and just a short drive from the stunning beaches of Cala Ratjada, such as Cala Agulla or Cala Mesquida. While a car is not essential, it is highly recommended to explore Mallorca’s hidden coves and charming villages.

Guest Access: Guests have exclusive use of the entire property, including the private pool, BBQ, AC, high-speed WiFi, and parking.

To ensure a comfortable stay while encouraging responsible energy use, the air conditioning is available for a small, symbolic fee. This helps us prevent excessive consumption, such as when the AC is left running for long periods while the house is empty or with windows open.The cost is €2 for every 4 hours of use throughout the entire property. This is calculated based on the actual hours used during your stay.Additionally, please remember that the tourist tax must be paid upon arrival, in accordance with current Balearic Islands regulations.
