Pool Heating: Our pool can be heated up to 85°F upon request. Please note there is an additional charge of $30 per night for heating, which will be billed separately. Just let us know at least 24 hours before arrival if you’d like this service so we can have it ready for you.
Our home is equipped with a SimpliSafe security system for peace of mind. There are outdoor cameras in the front yard that monitor only the driveway and entrance. No cameras are placed indoors or in the backyard, ensuring your privacy.
We also provide quarterly pest control and monthly mosquito treatment during summer months. While we are proactive, if you encounter any major insect or mosquito issues, let us know and we’ll have pest control come by right away.
