Pool cage screen, has frame-less, panels to ensure a clear view of the gorgeous Lake view. This lovely 2300 sq. ft. Home with HEATED year round, pool & spa, pet friendly, will ensure your vacation will be one you will enjoy In beautiful southwest Cape Coral on a large lake with breathtaking view and beautiful landscaping on an over sized lot with lots of privacy. We love to help you celebrate your special occasions, please just let us know if you’re having a Birthday 🎂🎉 or an Anniversary. This home features a king owners, bedroom with, Comcast cable, smart TV and direct access to pool lanai. The queen bedroom has private on-suite bathroom also with Comcast cable, smart TV. Third bedroom with twin beds, TV plus, bath.

    The home is furnished in modern contemporary style with wide-open kitchen and sliders to the pool area that opens the entire house, up to a great room concept. With open sight lines to be engaged with all your family and friends. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The desire for our stay to be great was very much shown by her.We didn't want for anything but more time.All accommodations were plentiful. There wasn't a room that had a detail overlooked.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE — A TRUE CAPE CORAL PARADISE!WOW! From the moment we arrived, this property completely exceeded our expectations. The home is absolutely beautiful, incredibly comfortable, and has everything you could possibly need for an amazing Florida getaway.But the VIEW… absolutely breathtaking! Waking up and looking out over the lake was incredible, and spending time by the pool and spa quickly became our favorite part of the trip. The outdoor space is truly paradise — peaceful, private, relaxing, and the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind at the end of the day.The home itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. You can tell the owners have put a lot of thought and care into making sure their guests have an exceptional experience. Everything felt welcoming from the minute we walked through the door.The location was fantastic, the property was gorgeous, and the entire experience was seamless. This is one of those places you almost don’t want to tell everyone about because you want to keep it a secret! We made some incredible memories here and are already talking about coming back. If you’re considering this property — BOOK IT! You will not be disappointed!10/10 and absolutely deserving of 5 stars! We can’t wait to return!

This was our third trip and we never have a bad experience. This is one of the few places that provide basic supplies in case you forget anything and a whole kitchen full of cooking utensils and spices and a nice little coffee bar with a few snacks. We keep coming back because this is the place we go for peace and quiet and relaxation. We might leave to go try a local restaurant, but other than that we get groceries and just don’t leave. With pretty good fishing off the dock, the pool and hot tub along with a good nap in one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in we have no reason to leave. Sondra and Bob are both the kindest and most helpful hosts as well. They let us know that we could check in early this visit and in the past have always been a text away for any questions no matter how silly the question might be. They check in at least once to make sure we are settled and in the past have let us know if there were any changes with the lawn care guy or the pool guy that was different from their detailed welcome folder.All in all just a wonderful place to go. We hope to keep coming back for a long time coming.

Had a great stay at this beautiful home in Cape Coral. Sondra went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. This house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need or want. Super comfortable beds. The location is private and peaceful. Pool heated to perfection. It has a open concept layout and fabulous views of the lake. Listing is exactly as advertised. Paradise in Cape Coral

This was one of the best vacation rentals I have ever experienced. The owner was wonderful to work with, providing clear instructions and great recommendations for the area. The house was everything and more. Outside of the beautiful landscape, pool, and hot tub, the rental was very well furnished with everything you could need or want at your disposal. I can’t wait to visit again!

Perfect!

This home was spotlessly clean and impeccably maintained. Perfect for my husband and I for the week. The furnishings and decor were lovely, and the dishes and cookware were high end. Pool and hot tub were great. Beds extremely comfortable. Definitely one of the nicest places we've ever stayed.

Perfect place to stay

We had a wonderful time at Sondra and Bob’s Villla. Their place was immaculate and had everything we needed. The weather was perfect so we spent the week outside in the pool area. Awesome Spring Break

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is more well-stocked than any VRBO we have stayed in before. The location is great… right on the water and quiet, yet easy access to several main roads. Sondra was eager to help with ideas for fun things to do and responded quickly to any questions. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future.

Beautiful Property

This property is gorgeous. We decided to spend a few days over Christmas on the west coast and this place did not disappoint. The house is large and very well furnished and stocked. The view across the lake is amazing. We found ourselves sitting on the patio by the pool and just looking out across the lake. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Perfect Vacation

We loved this house. Communication is amazing from booking to check out. Sondra made everything so easy for us and gave us great recommendations of things to do during our stay. We went to Lelulos and Lobster Lady and really enjoyed the food. Our family also enjoyed Sanibel Island. Overall a 5 star vacation! Thank you Sondra and Bob!

Our stay was simply amazing..the house is fully equipped with absolutely anything and everything you need to enjoy your get away..the owners are more then kind, they are helpful, they are intuitive, they respond quickly and make sure any and every need you have is met. Making lifetime memories

Well to start the stay was amazing!!! From pulling up to the well maintained lawn. Open the front door nothing but glass windows view was beautiful. Then the well laid out house and it how clean it was and how they have everything.Highly recommend my family made a life time worth of memories!!! Also the bed were amazing everyone slept very well!!!

Perfect spot!

This was our second year at the villa. Much like last year everything was perfect! Every thing we could possibly need was already at the house. Our family can spend all day here and not get bored! Kayaks, Bikes, Hot tub, pool, and grill make for a great day of just enjoying the property. Great location with plenty to do in Cape Coral. Also, Sondra is the best host!!!
