The Friendly Pelican will leave you basking in the beautiful Florida Sunshine! This luxury home boasts a long list of amenities including game room, heated pool, and spa- all while being pet friendly! This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom (including a pool access bath) villa boasts 2500 sqft and has sleeping capabilities of 10!

Upon entry into the home, guests will fall in love with the tasteful décor with calming tones, space and comfort to give you and your guests the much needed SWFL vacation you deserve. In the game room, guests will have a great time challenging each other at Foosball, Pac-Man, and an assortment of board games!

In the living room, guests will find plenty of space to relax and unwind while watching their favorite movie on the large Smart TV. In the kitchen, guests will find all they need to cook the perfect meal including basic kitchen supplies, stainless steel appliances, and a toaster! This home has three separate dining spaces (including one outside) giving guests plenty of space!
In the bedroom, guests will find comfortable beds, large Smart TVs and desks for working. The Master bath is fit for a king with double sinks, a large soaking tub and separate shower!

Once outside, guests will fall in love with their private oasis! This fenced in backyard includes plenty of grass space for your furry friends! Guests will also love the large heated pool with connected hot tub. This pool is perfect for floating around, swimming laps, or playing games. Wonderful, spacious home!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this home! It was clean, there was so much room, and it was pretty well stocked, down to laundry baskets in each room! The check in/out process was smooth and the house manual was so helpful. It's a great neighborhood, and close to so many things. Our only suggestions are to have some pool toys for kids and the legs of the outdoor lounge chairs were rusty and chipping which got messy on the patio. Overall a fabulous experience!!

Property as advertised. Could not find any laundry detergent and could have used a few more rolls of toilet paper, but other than that, a fantastic house. Would definitely rent again.

Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay.. brought my wheelchair bound 79yr old father and found everything easily accessible for him.. kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make some of our meals.. plenty of beach/pool towels with some essentials for the beach(chairs, umbrella, boards and cooler).. also had a nice little game selection for some late night family entertainment.. they also left a very detailed book for frequently ask questions about our stay as well as for what to do/where to go in the area.. it is located very close to everything and everywhere you want to go..if ever in the area again this house is definitely my 1st choice
