Coastal Beach decor throughout this amazing, recently rehabbed, spacious home with everything for your family vacation. Five bedrooms, three baths, sleeps up to fourteen. A jetted hot tub that waterfalls into salt water heated pool with amazing views. It feels as if the Lake is at the pool edge. We have so many amenities, kayaks, paddle board, bikes, outdoor shuffle board indoor converted garage game room, fishing gear, beach gear and more.

Great house!

Great house for our two families. Very clean and comes with lots of amenities. Pool and hottub were a little smaller than we envisioned but we all enjoyed and had fun. The extras; paddle board, kyaks and fishing equipment were awesome!

Awesome location

This property was perfect for our spring break trip. House was everything and more as in descriptions. Perfect amount of space, with everything you need. From kayaks to paddle board to games in the garage there was plenty to do on property. There was also a water park across the lake and mini golf and bowling close by. Stu and Cathy responded almost instantly to any question we had.

Amazing Getaway

Our family had an amazing time! The kids had lots of fun as they had plenty of things to do in the house. Very quiet neighborhood. The water park recommended was great and literally 5 mins away! We were beyond happy with our stay!

A wonderful stay

We enjoyed our time at Schell-Topia. The home was beautifully decorated and contained everything that you would need. The outside view was picture perfect. The kids loved playing air hockey in the garage, too. Can't say enough, hosts were very helpful and made us feel at home. We would highly recommend!

great location in cape coral

beautiful house on kennedy lake with pool, hot tub, and toys for adults. didnt have a boat but fished off of dock. stu and kathy are a great couple. all 12 in our party really enjoyed the house and things to do close by. would come back again.

We loved our stay at Schell-Topia! The house was amazing and the perfect size for 8 adults and three kids ages 2,3, and 5. There's lots of space, which made the stay much more enjoyable. Stu and Cathy were very pleasant to deal with, He answered every question I had very promptly. We enjoyed using the bicycles, kayaks, hot tub, and heated pool! We will not hesitate to stay at this property or one of their other properties in the future! Thank you Stu and Cathy for a great exeriece!

Great Property!

We had 10 family members in town for a wedding! We all loved the property, especially the screened lanai, the pool, and hot tub. Stu and Cathy were awesome, and answered all questions quickly! They also had some great recommendations on local restaurants. Would stay here again!!

So comfy!!

We ended up picking a windy week in December but we really enjoyed our time together. We played games, laughed and told many stories. We’d come back anytime we could. It’s a lovely home.

Great for large families

This home was in a great location on Lake Kennedy and had plenty of space for our large family. It fit our needs perfectly. The home was very clean and well stocked. The kids enjoyed the outdoor space and pool. The communication with the host was exceptional and they even were able to get us in the home a little early since we arrived in town that morning. Would definitely recommend!

Great family vacation

We had a great vacation with our family of 11. We had 6 adults and 5 children, 7 to 6 months. We had plenty of room to roam around the house, the pool was nice and warm and we used the screen lanai for all our meals and game playing at night. The garage has air hockey and shuffleboard. The older kids enjoyed that!

Family Vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay at your lovely home. We had plenty of room for our extended family of 10. The pool was a highlight of our stay. Our granddaughters spent hours playing in the pool. Unbelievable property and hosts. There was so much to do and pure enjoyment for all ages. Everyone loved just hanging out at the house and pool. Stu was a very good and prompt host. Great Stay @ Shell Topia

We had a great stay in Cape Coral with 14 family members comfortably fitting in this great house. Home was very clean and pool/hot tub were great. Caught some nice fish off the dock which kept the kids busy! We loved the screened in porches for coffee in the morning. Convenient location, we tried out Fort Meyers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva, and Venice Beach! Had a great time trying out different places. Stu was fantastic and even made sure we got in the property early. Will stay at one of their properties again!!

Great place to unwind

Very spacious rooms, outdoor areas with ample seating. Enjoyed the games, pool and hot tub. Hot tub seats 3-4 adults comfortably. The 2 refrigerators were nice especially keeping beverages chilled. A bit challenging for 9 adults in beds, the twin beds/ bunk beds and the couch are great for kids. Plenty of bed linens, towels and beach gear. The hosts really thought of everything to make our vacation the best!

A Great Getaway

The home had just the vibe we were looking for and fit our group of 6 adults and 5 children perfectly. The pool alongside the waterfront was wonderful and the hot tub was nice and hot! We didn't get to kayaking or fishing as hoped, but the amenities were available. Even though we brought our own, five stars for having a Scrabble game and baby walker! We were pleasantly surprised by so many little things that made the stay away from home more comfortable. Highly recommend!

Better than expected!

We stayed at ShellTopia with 3 families, age ranging from 2.5-43 years old. Everyone loved it! The pool was our favorite part, but the views did not disappoint. The location was quick and easy to get to from the airport. The host was amazing, and anytime we needed to get ahold of him he was very quick to respond. The rooms were spacious and the kids loved the bunk room! Lots of room, a wonderful home away from home. We would recommend this house to anyone and would definitely stay here again! Amazing!!!

First family vacation

The house was very nice and the common area with the kitchen in the living room or part space for all of us. It was perfect. He had a problem with the heat the first four days which was very hard because we were all very cold. The weather wasn’t cooperating. The highlight of the trip for the property for us was the hot tub.!! because the weather was so cold. The pool couldn’t keep up being heated… love the garage area with the air hockey and shuttle board. That was a lot of fun for us and a large living room where we could all gather.!!

Paradise on the Lake

Our family was looking for a place to feel the sunshine and enjoy the outdoors amidst a long winter and this place delivered on every level. We used everything Stu and Cathy provided from the pool toys, fishing gear, bikes, kayaks and ample outdoor seating. The inside of the house is beyond spacious but quite frankly the majority of the time we spent outside. The setup of the property is very private and because you aren’t in a resort setting it truly was the peace and quiet we were seeking. The neighborhood was also great with shopping and dining nearby. We golfed at the course about a mile from the property and rented a full set of clubs for only $10! Highly recommend!
