This charming single-level home features a heated private pool, spacious patio, comfortable outdoor seating, and a gas grill for easy afternoons in the sunshine. Dogs 20 lbs or less are welcome, making it easy to bring your four-legged companion along for the getaway.



    Inside, the comfortable living space offers cable TV and Netflix for relaxing evenings, while the well-equipped kitchen makes everything from morning coffee to dinner easy. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed, queen bed, and twin bed, providing comfortable accommodations for families or couples traveling together.



    Just steps from the water, you’ll have opportunities for boating, fishing, beachcombing, and enjoying Southwest Florida’s outdoor lifestyle. After a day of exploring, come home for a refreshing swim, fire up the grill, and settle into a laid-back evening by the pool.



    Complimentary Pool Heat: Pool heat is included year-round at no additional cost. Pool heating is optional and available for stays of 3 nights or more. If selected, the heater will be turned on before arrival and turned off after checkout.



    Bonus Water Park Tickets: Stay 7 nights or more between September 1 and November 29, and receive four complimentary tickets to Sun Splash Family Waterpark. Tickets will be available upon check-in.

We had a wonderful stay. The pool heat was a big plus (for a small fee). The property was clean & had nice neighbors. Highly recommend!! The location was also really nice. We had a slight issue with the door lock/unlock key pad. They were quick to fix the issue.
