Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 4-bedroom house in Cape Coral. This nice property offers a comfortable retreat for guests, with 1 king bed and 3 queen beds, twin bed and twin inflatable in the bedrooms. The house features WiFi and 2.5 bathrooms with dual showers and bathtubs. Whether you're relaxing in the cozy living area or preparing a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, you'll feel right at home. Step outside to the cool lanai where you can soak up the sun , watch the west view or enjoy a barbecue with friends and family. House is very private with fence both sides. The heating fees are $28 a night for 10 hours a day , the temperature mostly will be 10 higher than ambience. Select heating fees at check out to add to your booking if you wish heated pool. Inform host 48 hours before of the use of pool heather.
