Located just ONE BLOCK FROM THE BEACH in the highly sought-after Yacht Club area, this is the ultimate vacation and entertainment home!

Start your day with coffee on the private porch with a thatched tiki cover just outside one of the 4 bedrooms. Then move to the pool /lanai area for sunbathing, reading, and catching up on email with our high-speed internet. Or walk down to the large dock and take the kayaks for a gentle ride through the canals. Right next to the water, there is also another large tiki hut with comfortable seating for you to relax or fish.

Be sure to bike or walk to the only beach in Cape Coral. Enjoy the sandy beach area and the Boathouse Tiki Bar And Grill. This home provides a beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler, chairs, and a wagon to transport all your beach needs.

Late afternoon and evening retire to your own covered lanai area complete with TV and Netflix over the outdoor bar. Put a steak or some of Florida’s best seafood on the grill for dinner and then take a moonlight swim in the solar and electric heated pool.

Once inside you will find 4 bedrooms, a queen sleeper sofa, and 3 bathrooms, great for extended families or friends traveling together. The fully equipped kitchen is in the middle of the home with a family room, dining room, and master bedroom on one side and a living room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths on the other side. Privacy for all! 3 of the bedrooms have TVs with Netflix provided and there is a 60 inch TV in the living room with a TV Antenna and DVDs as well as a TV on the Lanai.

Boaters enjoy just a 3-minute drive to the Caloosahatchee River and a 10-minute drive to the Gulf of Mexico. Bring your own boat or rent one to cruise to nearby Sanibel and Captiva Islands or the many beaches nearby, including Fort Myers Beach.

This is truly a home, not just a vacation rental, fully furnished with all the amenities you need for an easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, gas grill, etc., etc. This is a home away from home--just bring your swimsuit! The home is close to shopping, restaurants, beaches, and many nearby attractions. Many restaurants are nearby and I have a large booklet of places to go, menus, and things to do at the house. We rented this house 2 years ago and were so happy when it was available for our vacation to Florida this year! The house is spacious and always very clean when we arrive. The location is perfect for fishing, kayaking or just relaxing under the tiki hut overlooking the canal! Love everything about this place and will definetly be booking if available for our next vacation!!

A Week in Paradise!

The location is perfect and quiet. The house provided everything that we needed for the week. There were a few minor issues but we were able to work around it. The view is great during the day and at night. There are restaurants, shops, and grocery stores just a short car ride away. We enjoyed using the umbrella, beach chairs, fishing poles, bicycles, and kayaks.

Family Get Away

Had a wonderful time with family at this beautiful home. Kayaking, fishing, swimming. Short walk to Boathouse for good food, good music and beautiful sunset. Host is very responsive and kind.

Excellent Property!

Property was very clean and as advertised. You just need to pay attention to what is included in your rental. There was plenty of dish and shower soap, but we had a large group staying for a week, so the allotment of two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom was not quite enough. Despite that, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Relaxing Quiet Home Away From Hone

Really enjoyed the peace and quiet of Cape Coral. This house had everything we needed. The pool and other amenities got plenty of use including the Tiki Huts. Short walk to the beach was also nice. Sue the property manager was easy to deal with and super responsive. Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful home!

This house was perfect for our family! We spent hours in the pool, which was heated by solar panels and always the perfect temp. We used both sitting rooms and loved that one bathroom was accessible from the pool. Our one disappointment was that the beach and Boathouse restaurant were closed. We were looking forward to walking there for breakfast. We did manage to find three other places which were pretty close. The upside of the closure was reduced traffic. We will be back!

Wonderful vacation home

Sue has provided the perfect Cape Coral vacation home. The photos definitely don't do it justice. As we walked through the door we were amazed at the spaciousness of this house. If you are looking for a family home away from home, this is it. It is spotless and has plenty of space to enjoy cooking, eating, visiting, relaxing and playing. Surprisingly, at the same time, the house is laid out in a way that allows one to find a quiet getaway spot if desired. The view is perfect Tropical Florida, the kitchen is a dream, all the furniture is made for comfort, the beds are wonderful, the bathrooms provide plenty of space and the pool sparkles as it begs guests to jump in! It is obvious the owners have made it a high priority to have happy guests. Would highly recommend to anyone.  

Best Cape Coral VRBO EVER!!

This house has EVERYTHING, it's on the canal, the pool and lanai is divine! Bedrooms were attractive and comfy, extra pillows too. Wash machine and dryer available to keep towels clean and dry. Seriously just bring your beach attire and swim suit and Steve and Nat have got the rest covered!!! Incredibly timely communication with the hosts as well!!! Bikes were fun, the pool floaties were nice. Seriously DID NOT WANT to leave!!! Furniture was cozy, dining area and sitting area were so attractive, nice decore. Tiny things that maybe could make it more luxurious: new swim towels, powerwash the pool deck, and the wash machine could be cleaned, it smelled a bit on our arrival but we left the door open and it went away. Just had the best time overall, would definitely visit again! 5-stars

Old friends annual trip

It was comfortable, clean and great space for 5 grown woman. The only part i didnt like was the constant reminders all over the house and emails reminding us about garbage. The strict check out cleaning list was a bit much. Of course we were going to leave it clean and strip the beds and wash towels..but the wording was so over the top.

We loved our stay. This house has plenty of amenities for the pool, beach, water and biking. . Beach towels are included in your stay. Our dryer went out, but was fixed within a couple hours. We we stay here again

Perfect location - walk to the beach! Amazing house esp outside!

The house had everything! The outside space was wonderful - coffee in the morning on the canal. Happy hour by the pool after a day at the beach - which is walking distance! Beach chairs and an umbrella made our beach days so comfortable. The master bedroom was spectacular as was the kitchen. Love all the ceiling fans to keep cool. Didn't spend much time in any other areas of the house since the outside is so amazing. But it looked comfy:)

Perfect family get-away

Home was perfect for our adult family of 7 :)Loved hanging out by the pool, cooking meals together and proximity to airport and beaches. Bummer pickle ball courts and tiki hut at the end of the street were destroyed by storm. Would definitely recommend!!

Beautiful Beach Home

This home was perfect for our family vacation. We had 3 of our adult kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. We loved the neighborhood, just blocks from the beach. We walked down to watch the sunset each night. There were kayaks that we used to explore the canal. We had a blast in the pool. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to cook most of our meals. We never had to call for anything, as we never had any issues. On the way home we asked everyone their favorite part of the trip. My daughter’s boyfriend said his was the house! I would definitely stay again!

Exactly as pictured

We had a great stay at this property! There is plenty of space and it is super close to the yacht club beach. I’m not sure how people get into the kayaks that are offered for the canals as there is a bunch of build up on the bottom of the ladder, but maybe they carry them to the beach to get into them? The pool was great!

Many things I could compliment the host for. The house was just one. It was in a quiet neighborhood and on a canal. The information provided about the house, restaurants, activities, and stores was invaluable. Loved our boat ride with Captain Bruce who was recommended. Great place. Only bad thing was the weather. Perfect villa for a relaxed vacation

Opened the door and the 2 week vacation started instantly. Generous space for 6 adults - even in the pool. A/C and other appliances worked perfectly. Short ways to shops and restaurants, we even walked to the small but fine Cape Coral Beach. The contact to property manager was always prompt and transparent. The velocity for the deposit-release was stunningly fast. Thanks for a great vacation Alex Burk and family

Cape Coral Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The area is perfect for biking and having access to bikes and canoes was lovely. The house was perfectly sized, pool was great and we made amazing family memories. Hope to return again soon!
