My kids, ages 20 and 8, enjoyed relaxing at the house and exploring the beach. We also had fun visiting Rockport. We did not want to leave! "

"The properties location to the beach is awesome, I walked every morning on the beach as the sun came up. The parking and location to your room is a definite plus, even though their is no elevator, I'm 75 and was in a second level unit & was just fine. Lucas did everything to accommodate my stay, plus was able to extend my stay upon my request. The only issue I had was the TV. but because I'm not very tech savvy, I look at that as being my ignorance. Overall, I was extremely lucky to locate this property. I return GOD WILLING to Gloucester, I would definitely return to this place. MORNING COFFEE OFF MY DECK CAN'T BE BEAT. A"

"Pet friendly but yard is not fenced in. AC is a floor unit that does not cool the bedrooms. Nice location between Rockport and Gloucester. "
