When you have multiple people trying to shower and get ready every day and only mirror is bathroom or by the front door, it’s a little awkward trying to get ready each day. But overall it’s wonderful and we will be back again!!"

It is an older house so the windows have a hard time closing once you open them and the first floor bathroom jad very pooe water pressure, but other than that, everything was as advertised. Also did not realize that the "hot tub" was the upstairs bathtub with the jets in it. Overall great time though. Loved the large table and extra table in the closet for our boardgames."

"Great little beach house in Rockport and very central for exploring Rockport and Gloucester. Would definitely stay here again. One warning, there is no a/c as listed and even though it’s on the beach you’re still a block away from the water so if it was toasty at night it would be quite warm for sleeping in my opinion. With fans we did just fine but it was pretty warm the first night we were there."
