Cleanliness: 10/10. 931 Beach also has a friendly and accommodating property manager, festive decor (we were there in October), a roomy oceanfront front porch with plenty of seating, an awesome claw foot tub, plenty of towels, a comfortable bed, and a little kitchen area with a deep sink, small (but not mini!) fridge, dishes and coffee machine. We loved our stay and would absolutely return!"
