"This resort has it all! This is what I had been looking for in a Maine Vacation destination. There is a reasonable beautiful on site restaurant that has great views. Perfect for breakfast. There is a beautiful lawn with ample chairs of various types overlooking the ocean. Indoor and outdoor pools. The grounds are beautiful. There are two access points to The Marginal Way ocean walk right from the property! The staff is super helpful! Our room was across the road in The Lightship Building. Don’t let that put you off the rooms are spacious like suites and it is really just steps to the main building and restaurant. We had an amazing time!"

"Overall, this beautiful and comfortable old farmhouse was wonderful for our stay in Ogunquit. While we had a great experience, there were a few minor housekeeping and maintenance details that could use some refinement, including a need for extra basic toiletries. Additionally, we hope the owners can invest in repairing a few key areas of the deck railing. None of this negatively impacted our stay though, and we would consider staying again!"

"Wow! This property is such a lovely vintage ME retreat. The views are amazing and we loved the Adirondack chairs by the water and the screened in porch. The house was very clean and so well stocked; the kitchen was very functional. The screened porch is lovely with very nice furniture. Beds were comfy. It is so close to the Cliff House, literally a 2-3 minute walk to the wedding site we attended. The owners were very responsive and made some necessary minor repairs quickly once they were notified. We booked through VRBO and somehow missed that it is managed through a 3rd party so no direct messaging available through VRBO. While very pleasant, the management company was,unfortunately, very difficult to reach. No method for direct texting (it exists but no response). You go through an answering service. You hold several minutes just to get to the options menus for ME vs. VT. Then another long hold. Then, they were never able to locate my reservation and we had to go through a lengthy "manual entry". Then they would "page it out'. If Carol was on, it was a very efficient response; she was fabulous. If not, either no response or 24 to 36 hour wait. I am sorry for this as we truly loved the spot and would love to return; I think once they achieve an efficient system for messaging it will be great!"
