Montbleu Cottage is a newly built modern 3-bedroom, 3-ensuite bathroom home in full 24/7 secure Tweespuit Estate, Stellenbosch. Equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, open plan dining, lounge with smart large 65" TV, uncapped Wi-Fi, desk with large PC monitor and ergonomic office chair for remote work or visiting academics. Private courtyard with braai. Perfect for families, tourists, corporate or student groups. Close to top wineries, golf courses. Welcome in the Cape Winelands.

The space
Montbleu Cottage features 3 spacious bedrooms (all on suite). The main bathroom has a bath and shower. The living areas include a open plan lounge, dining area and modern, well equipped kitchen. There is a separate scullery with a washer and dryer. There is outdoor furniture and a weber braai. Parking is secure with an under cover carport for one vehicle.
