modern studio apartment with an open-plan layout comfortably
accommodating up to two guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for a
comfortable self-catering stay. For added convenience, the apartment
features an air fryer, a dishwasher, fridge and freezer as well as a
tumble dryer and washing machine. The dining space is furnished with a
modern, intimate dining set with seating for up to four people.
Sliding shutters open to reveal large windows that showcase magnificent
views of the Mother City and its iconic mountain ranges. The lounge
area features plush seating, a mounted flatscreen television, and a
side table positioned to face the view, creating the perfect spot to
relax with a good book or curl up and enjoy taking in the scenery.
For your convenience, this stylish apartment is equipped with a UPS
system that guarantees uninterrupted Wi-Fi connectivity during load
shedding, ensuring you stay connected at all times. Additionally,
guests can enjoy access to a rooftop pool, terrace, and gym, providing
a comprehensive and enjoyable experience.
The bedroom is equipped with a comfy, extra-large queen-size bed, large
cupboard space, a luggage rack, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan.
The bathroom is modernly designed, fitted with a washbasin with vanity,
a shower-bath combo, and a toilet in a seperate room. Linen and towels
are provided with your stay. Additionally, guests will have access to a
covered parking space as well as internet access throughout the
property.
Staying in the city centre of Cape Town puts you right at the heart of
the action, with countless things to see and do just steps away.
Explore Long Street's vibrant bars and restaurants or enjoy a peaceful

For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 37 Roeland St, Cape Town City Centre, Cape Town, 8001.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
