We pre organised late arrival, but when we arrived at the place, there was nobody to check us in. It was cold, rainy dark and yet they did not care about their arriving gyesrs. Pathetic customer service.And the worst was they did not even apologize, but rather sent me a very displeasing email with unfounded accusatikns. Stay away.

Wir waren 2 Nächte hier und hatten ein Studio, Meerseite mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Viele Restaurant's und Bar's liegen direkt nebenan. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Perfekt läge. Trevlig och vänlig personal. Välstädat. Dålig WIFi (fungerade inte med iPhone) och badrummet var nog från 60-talet (kass dusch) Poolen ok men lite kall. Många trappor utan hiss så det går inte att vara rörelsehindrad.

I read some reviews saying the property was outdated before booking, and although it is, the location is so perfect why is anyone inside their room except to sleep?! The staff had said some renovations were coming and the facility was clean so we had no complaints, just an older building right on the beach and steps from awesome restaurants! Perfect for what we needed for our five night stay.

Beach side bliss

This place was perfect! We had a large group of people who needed lodging while in Cape Town and Place on the Bay checked all our boxes. Location was amazing right along Camps Bay Beach and was in walking distance of many restaurants and stores. We stayed in the studio room with a king size bed, balcony facing the beach, and full sky light. Just amazing! Our other friends stayed in the two bedroom and had beyond enough space to enjoy our time. Our bathroom did have some light mold on the wall but the rest of the space was clean. The staff were beyond friendly. I highly recommend this hotel!
