We had a lovely stay. The staff were brillant from the reception staff to the bar and restaurant. All very helpful. We made use of the bar and had dinner at the restaurant. The food was amazing! We had the lamb shank and a seafood pasta.Breakfast was very good with friendly staff. A good location and the swim in the pool was enjoyed with the perfect view of the mountains.
The room was spacious, bed compfy, lovely view from the balcony and the bathroom was divine. I was happy that there was plenty of bottled water provided in the bedroom.
I have stayed at the Cape Milner several times and it is always excellent. The staff are friendly and the hotel is in a great location for accessing Cape Town.
The staff was above and beyond , the property was like an oasis in the city, very quiet, I had a new room which was lovely!!!
I really can’t comment on the above questions because I was there for a very specific reason and didn’t do anything touristy!
But I would stay there again…..for sure!
The hotel is lovely! It is clean, feels very safe, and the staff is wonderful! It is located in a small neighborhood which I liked, but was close to everything with a short 10 min Uber ride. Some restaurants were within a 5-15 minute walk which were very good. While we were there, there was 1 issue with a water pipe. A bit of an inconvenience but did not last more than 1 day.

Incredible food, location, and staff. I ended up extending my stay and not relocating to a different hotel for the remainder of my trip.
The Cape Milner is well positioned within easy walking distance of lots of shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel itself feels spacious and the bedrooms are large with very comfortable beds.
What a great find in a really cool part of Cape Town. Its close to everything and anything you need - Bree Street, Kloof etc and easy Ubers for longer distances. Staff were superb.
Excellent Location.
Charles and Desiree are amazing people that gave us the best service. And Aza from the restaurant. The rooms were very luxurious. Location is excellent.
the woman working the front desk during my stay was very rude and unprofessional. this left a bad taste in my mouth which was a bummer because otherwise i loved the property, location, and hotel overall. my only other complaint is that the shower area/wall for the bathroom was completely see through in the center of the room so if you’re staying with friends or family they’ll be able to see you shower naked. overall it was nice but i wouldn’t stay again due to poor service and the weird clear glass bathroom area
I loved the venue and the Hotel overall had a great feel to it.
Only Constructive comment i could make was that i lost the wifi connection intermittently throughout my 2 day stay
Rooms are untidy, especially under beds- daily cleaning is not up to standard. Gowns and some towels were removed and not replaced during our stay.
Parking entrance and exit you need to press and there’s no sanitizer (exposure to COVID) same goes to lift.
Parking is not free for guests.
Lovely little boutique hotel in Cape Town. Requested a quiet room and late check out and was warmly accommodated. The bed is the most important for me and the comfort exceeded my expectation. The restaurant is great! Lovely staff. Thank you
