"I had such a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect, so close to a lot of shopping and restaurants and also close to public transport. Easy to access the beach by bus! "Very communicative host, who helped us find parking during the Americas Cup and was very engaged at breakfast. Easy access and bathrooms clean, excellent location directly in center of Cagliari. However the rooms themselves are pretty dated and in need of renovation - unclean walls, damp smell, etc. Recommend they need a thorough touch up."
