"When available, we book this house every time we come to Maryville to visit family, usually 3-4 times a year. It is perfect and feels like home. It is always spotless and uncluttered. The beds are wonderful, and we have everything we need in the kitchen. The location is perfect for Maryville, Alcoa, and Knoxville. This trip, we had an unfortunate incident that was our fault. Jason and Tanya took care of it quickly, and they were so kind. I will always check this house first for travel in this area.Book it! This is definitely one of the nicest rentals I have stayed at. "

"Everything was great!Couple things that might benefit future guests. A little note somewhere that explains how the HVAC controller is a remote that needs to be pointed at each unit in order to make changes. And couch pillows would be a nice touch. "

"There are boutique shops nearby, great restaurants to choose from. Great for young peeps. My only 2 issues were the noise from Bella restaurant below (only Saturday night - but i go to bed early) and 2nd I wish they had a little bit of cover up on balcony patio (to cover a/c units) - Could have some growing ivy plants to block eyesore (but I'm nit picking). Also, patio chairs to sit in. All and all great location for downtown Maryville. "

"Immaculate apartment in a lovely city. We didn’t use the kitchen much except for coffee and quick breakfasts, but it seemed well stocked. The hosts are up front about noise from the restaurant below and it was noticeable, but nothing too bad and they provide a noise machine. Quieted down after 10-11pm so wasn’t a problem for us. Great communication from host. We would stay here again. "
