Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data. The data are mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Mola or Portoferraio .

We offer our guests this beautiful studio apartment renovated during the winter of 2022/23, where they can enjoy a fantastic sea view from the balcony.

Studio 2/3 beds
Bright, comfortable apartment of about 30 sq m, made up of a kitchenette, double bed and bathroom with shower. The apartment also has a small equipped outdoor area where you can eat and relax, from the balcony you can enjoy a fantastic sea view.

- kitchenette equipped with induction hob, microwave oven, fridge; Smart TV; hairdryer; vacuum; air conditioning/heating system with a fee; library with books for use by guests during their stay; small terrace overlooking the sea; parking space

Residence services:
- paid tennis court; use of the swimming pool from around mid-June to around mid-September; from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in is 21 years old (for group of guys, family welcome)
- only small pets are allowed, with a supplement of 30.00 euros per animal
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in in our Agency, from 16:00 to 19:30, after 20.00: supplement of 50.00 euros
- air conditioning with a fee euro 10 per day
