Le Acacie is a charming hotel in a beautiful, peaceful location. The beach is right there, the rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The food was good, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. That said, getting there isn’t the easiest — especially without a car. You’ll likely need to arrange a transfer or take a taxi from the port or nearest town. It’s worth it once you arrive, but do plan ahead. A great spot if you’re looking for a quiet break by the sea.

Mi dispiace fare recensioni negative. Davvero, la posizione è la fine del mondo. Ma, la pulizia dell appartamento, non può essere davvero positiva. Tutte le stoviglie avevano odore di stantio, vuol dire che l utima volta forse sono state lavate nel 2024? Cambio asciugamani mai avvenuto. Cuscini con odore di muffa....mah. Una cosa importante, la manutenzione dei climatizzatori, per legge andrebbe eseguita ogni 6 mesi, pulendo i filtri, avendo il telecomando rotto per fortuna, non abbiano nemmeno provato ad accenderlo. Avevo letto altre recensioni, ma non volendo spendere troppo, ci siamo buttati. Non torneremo. Ma visto quello che abbiamo rilevato, il direttore o direttrice che sia dovrebbe approfondire, e fare il proprio lavoro. Un Plus la piscina. Io ho lavorato anni nelle strutture alberghiere, cose del genere mai viste.

Bon accueil. Personnel à l'écoute. Beau cadre, paisible. Très belle piscine. .. Douche minuscule. Bouchée. Odeurs. Porte salle de bain / WC ne ferme pas. Linge et draps pas changés pendant 2 semaines Papier WC 2 rlx pour 2 semaines. Gaz fonctionne mal, voir pas du tout. Lumière côté cuisine très insuffisante. La hotte aspirante est sale. Pas de micro-ondes ni lave vaisselle Porte côté terrasse cassée et ferme mal(photo) Meubles abîmés... (Photo) Carrelage et bac de douche fendu 1 seul transat sur terrasse il est HS. La clim coule sur terrasse et a l'interieur de l'appart Porte sdb grince 2 savons et 2 produits douche(voir photo) pour 3 personnes et 2 semaines.... Aucun rechange Pas de nettoyage de l'appartement pendant 2 semaines. Après avoir râlé... Draps, linge changés a 7 jours Menage fait 1 fois ... ouf ! Ottimo hotel, in prossimità della spiaggia locale. Spazio nelle camere sufficiente, pulizia così-così, dotazioni discrete. Set bagno indisponibile (escluso 1o giorno), cambio asciugamani OK, lenzuola NOK. Check in/out OK, buon servizio di reception, ottima piscina e zona pulizia bici. Ristorante NP, impossibile prenotare. Negativa la mancanza assoluta di opzioni di ristorazione in loco (serve auto per spostarsi VS paesi limitrofi).

Nice appartement, with all we needed inside and outside nice sitting place. Beach and sea in front of the door. Calm and great view. Very helpful staff. Good parking. Will go again.

Ci rechiamo all’elba Almeno una volta all’anno e abbiamo sempre cambiato struttura per nostra scelta ma dopo aver soggiornato alle acacie non cambieremo più! appartamento tamerici bello,pulito e curato nei dettagli.spiaggia a due passi,piscina poco più lontana ideale per una famiglia con figli,se non si ha voglia di girare la macchina te la dimentichi e hai tutto li!

Ideale per famiglie con bimbi piccoli

Gradevole struttura formata da hotel e vari mini appartamenti decentrati, con ampia piscina e facile accesso alla spiaggia (a pagamento). Il luogo è bello, tranquillo e riservato, non c'è mai confusione. Però non ci sono negozi ed è fuori mano.

Ferienwohnung direkt am schönen Strand

Wir haben ein 1-Zimmer-Studio in der Vorsaison bewohnt, Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden. Vom Balkon aus hatten wir einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer. Der Strand war sehr gepflegt, gute Liegen und Sonnenschirme, das Meer glasklar. Leider hatte in der Vorsaison der Minimarkt nicht geöffnet, so dass man zum Einkaufen auf das Auto angewiesen war, auch das Strandrestaurant öffnete erst später. Dafür war wenig los, ab und zu eine Schulklasse und am Wochenende Taucher. Im hübschen Ort Capoliveri gibt es allerdings eine große Auswahl an Lokalen, 3 km bergauf. Es ist eine schöne Ecke zum Relaxen, Mountainbiken und Wandern.

Hotel bien situé

Appart- hotel qui à l'avantage d'être super bien situé et plutôt calme au mois de mai. L'aménagement est très très simple voire minimaliste et sans aucun charme. L'accueil est au même niveau que l'aménagement.

Residence carino con poche pretese

A mio modesto parere le 4 stelle sono forse per l`hotel, il residence per quanto carino non li vale. La cucina seppur nuova non ha ne forno ne lavastoviglie ne microonde, per carita va benissimo, ma al giorno d oggi la maggior parte sono piu dotate. Il bagno e` piuttosto datato, sia nella struttura che nell arredamento, la posizione e` davvero bella, subito a ridosso della spiaggia ma riparata da una stradina privata. Ultime considerazioni del tutto non attribuibili alla struttura sono la presenza di vicini rumorosi che in caso di bambini piccoli possono dare fastidio, e l eventualita che in piena stagione la strada per arrivare alla struttura in auto sia molto trafficata. Cmq la spiaggia e` molto bella e la zona e molto vicina alla splendida capoliveri

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Sehr ruhige Lage, zentral wenn man shoppen oder essen gehen möchte. Sehr sauberer Strand und schönes Meer, auch zum tauchen und schnorcheln. Tauchbasis direkt nebenan! Grandioses Frühstücks-Buffet!

bell'appartamento ma non per persone in sovrappeso

Tutto sommato il soggiorno è stato positivo, peccato per alcune pecche come l'wifi praticamente inutilizzabile in stanza e la scala e la doccia che se una persona è un po' sovrappeso diventano degli ostacoli non indifferenti. Sarebbe stato gradito un cambio delle lenzuola e degli asciugamani in una settimana e non avere la carta igienica contata. Io e mia moglie abbiamo pagato con un'ottima offerta ma se avessimo pagato il prezzo pieno penso che sarebbe stato troppo caro per il servizio offerto

Bien situé

La résidence est bien située. Nous étions dans les résidences côté jardin Rdv et non plage. La plage reste à 100 m et on est plus au calme et profitons des très beaux espaces verts. On bénéficie des animations de L hôtel tres appréciables. Une animation plaisante mais assez discrète donc qui n est pas dérangeante. Animations sportives en journée et tous les soirs de 21h mais se terminent max a 22h30 donc si on veut se reposer c est parfait. Très bien pour les enfants. Une belle piscine agréable. Le confort de la chambre est correct mais sans plus. L Italie quoi! Une deco vieillotte, salle de bain moche mais on est habitué en Italie la modernité est absente. Pas de micro onde ni de four dommage mais il y a la clim dans salon et chambre C est le plus important!
