Location is great and the service is fantastic. Restaurant on top is beautiful but not really worth the cost there are better options around. The pick up and drop off process they have is very convenient. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Such an incredible gem! While this location doesn’t have the sprawling sea views, we didn’t even notice as everything else made up for it. The staff catered to our every need and we so gracious and lovely. Truly made us feel so special and they are the reason we loved Capri so much. We cannot wait to return one day!

An amazing hotel that I can not say enough wonderful things about. From the design to the customer service everything was perfect. The hotel itself is gorgeous, rooms are comfortable and beautiful, amenities like the pool and beach club are wonderful and every staff member is warm, friendly, and makes sure their guests have everything they need and want to make their trip extra special. The staff knew us from the moment we stepped foot on property and remembered any of our preferences (dietary restrictions for example) like we had been coming to this hotel for years. This hotel really was the highlight from our recent trip to Italy and the amalfi coast. If you are planning on coming to Capri you must stay at La Palma.

I had a very comfortable and restful stay during my time here. Above all, the staff were extremely kind and friendly. The only downside is that the terrace view faces the back, so there isn’t much to see. Additionally, there is a neighborhood playground nearby, so it can be a bit noisy until around 9–10 PM. That is the only drawback. 여러 좋은 호텔을 많이 다녀봤지만 , 직원들이 정말 친절한 편이었고 구석구석 너무깔끔하고 침구류도 프레떼로 좋았습니다. 그리고 카프리 (미슐랭제외) 다른맛집보다 1 층 테라스식당에서 식사하는게 제일 깨끗하고 쾌적하고 맛잇엇습니다. 유일한단점은 해변가 타 호텔과 다르게 뷰가 없다는점. 뒷편 방향 룸은 뒷쪽이 동네 아이들 커뮤니티? 놀이터라서 밤까지 조금 시끄러운 편입니다

Hotel did great, but...

Service is excellent, food in restaurants were also fantastic. But there wasn't much of a view in the room, and it was horribly noisy in the middle of the night from the adjacent properties of what seemed like smashing glasses on both nights at like 4-5am, waking me up with a startle. The room AC was also horribly cold despite me turning it to the highest at 28 degrees, it felt like 16 degrees. But the service staff and everyone else was so friendly and made the trip enjoyable nonetheless.
