The rooms have a gorgeous view and are cozy. The staff was incredible when my husband got sick, even brining medicine for him from home. They also arranged a boat tour for us. The Property is beautiful as well.

We had a lovely stay here for our honeymoon. The location is fabulous. Walking distance from the main square in Capri, but far away enough from the crowds to be peaceful. The staff was very attentive and kind. The property itself is beautiful! Can't recommend enough.

My wife and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon. The property is breathtaking and the people are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The property is a short walk outside of the city center allowing for quick access, but also provides a quiet oasis when you want to get away from the crowds. Brand new and renovated, very modern and beautiful property.

Very peaceful, stunning views of Capri, the walk from the Piazzatta (town square) wasn’t too far however going to the hotel is mostly uphill be prepared for a tough walk if you have several pieces or large /heavy luggage. Property doesn’t have a porter to meet and assist with bags, but there is a island porter service that will take your bags for €28 per bag

Villa L'Ara was an absolute, romantic dream! Rachel is an amazing hostess, and her team were incredibly attentive. They were a few steps ahead to the point we didn't have to ask for much. Rachel was onsite daily & happy to make recommendations, whether in person or WhatsApp. All were true professionals, welcoming, approachable, with high standards. Villa & Room: WOW!! My husband & I were here for our honeymoon, & we were in awe of the natural beauty of the villa and absolutely stunning view of the cliffs & ocean. The architecture & design featured winding stone pathways & steps, lush greenery & a few sitting areas. There is a heated infinity pool & hot tub, w/ poolside service. Light snacks were provided with our drinks. Our room had great amenities & ocean view. The Turkish shower was a highlight! The cleanliness in our room & villa exceeded my expectations. Housekeeping tended to our room every day. Breakfast: Best breakfast we've ever had at a B&B. Pastries were always fresh (never pre-packaged); fresh fruit, juice, water, & coffee were available. There was also an option for cereal, scrambled eggs & pancakes. Logistics: The Villa is a 12-min walk to the main center & there is a cafe & a supermarket halfway down. Grab some cured meats, wine & cheese for a garden lunch at villa (recommend buying water as well). Please stay here, you'll want to be back. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Capri center, but therefore also quiet and offering supreme views from both pool and balcony. Walk 5 minutes in the other direction and you can hike little trails with incredible views. The staff is super attentive and very friendly and has ample time to service the few rooms. Highly recommended!

Quaint and relaxing.

The stay at Villa L’Ara was amazing! It is a beautiful property very cozy and quiet away from all the hustle and bustle. The managers and entire staff are friendly and helpful if you need any information on where to eat, see, etc. Always have smiles on their faces and service is wonderful. The rooms are newly renovated and everything is kept beautifully well maintained, including the gorgeous grounds. The breakfast is very good (pastries, cheese, Italian meats, fruit, yogurts, cereals). Everything is fresh and delicious. The pool is smaller, but does the job and the view of the sea from the villa is incredible. I loved that it was located up high (is a walk up hill), but it is definitely worth the effort. Absolutely would recommend! Traveled with hubby last week in June and stayed 5nights.

Séjour fantastique. La maison est extraordinaire. Elle est tenu par un couple originaire de l’île. Hôtel intimiste avec seulement quelques chambres.
