Explore this historic area of the Big Island.... Kealakekua Bay... a marine sanctuary where people from all over the world come to swim in the clear, warm water of Kealakekua Bay. Only a two-minute stroll from our home... enjoy swimming in the delicious, soothing water of Kealakekua Bay. Watch dolphins jumping, whales breaching in the bay while sitting under the coconut palms or doing yoga on the grass at Manini beach.

Hale Maluhia La‘a' (home of sacred peace,) is a wonderful beach house, nestled among a lush green tropical paradise, along with banana, papaya and fragrant plumeria flowers. A large green lawn surrounds the family (ohana) home.

Upstairs: 4th bedroom/great room: 1 Queen bed, 1 double and 4 twin beds where one rolls under the upper twin; (very spacious room with views of the ocean and mountains)

Quiet times includes active conversations out on the Lanai especially between 9PM and 8 AM: which is mandated by the State of Hawaii for all vacation rentals

Cancellation policy : The deposit is non refundable.
Repayment, if paid in full is based on our ability to re-book the property. If vacation guests have COVID which effect bookings occur we will re-book your stay for a later date within the year. Hawaii has been fortunate to have the lowest number of cases in the US. All adults and children who have vacationed here have been covid free.
