"To eat go in the citadelle"

"There was no coffee in the room. When we asked for some, the young man at the desk said he did not have the key to the cupboard that held the coffee. He said the person would come in 1 hour and then he could get it for us. The person never came and we kept checking over the evening. There is strangely no place for 2 people to sit in the Luca suite. There is 1 chair in kitchen but no table to eat at. There is 1 chair on the balcony. There is no couch. To eat, we had to sit on the bed. When we were leaving the elevator was broken. We had to carry our suitcases down the stairs and the young man at the desk never said “sorry the elevator is broken; thank you for staying with us; how was your stay?”. Nothing. Very poor customer service."

"The property has a dramatic physical setting with a panoramic view of Bonifacio, the Bonifacio Strait, and Sardinia in the distance. The grounds are tastefully landscaped with plantings of olives and other Mediterranean species. Staff was helpful with restaurant and excursion recommendations."

"Very noisy, there is a club next door playing music till 1.00 -1.30 am in addition we were kept away until 4.00 am we were told it was a staff party, but appeared to be a lock in. We were booked for 2 nights but checked out the following day as we found another hotel"

"We loved staying in this beautifully appointed apartment in the heart of Bonifacio. We could not stop looking at the dramatic views, during the day and at night time. The apartment is decorated and furnished to a high standard and the extras like a decent coffee machine, a good speaker and an ice machine made us stay all the better."
