"I arrived late at night, check-in was smooth and quick. Front desk staff was excellent. I was upgraded at no charge, which was nice. However, the next day we noticed a really bad smell in the room. I called the front desk and was moved immediately, I had requested an upper floor due to noise issues from people walking above you. I would also suggest you do this if you’re a light sleeper. The kitchenette rooms are pretty good however I would have liked to have a kettle in the room to make tea. Beds were super comfy, very large TV, towels and sheets were soft and clean. The exterior of the property could use some maintenance, carpet on the walkways was lifting and was a bit of a tripping hazard, the pool could be cleaner. Pool loungers were new though. There’s lots of parking. Location is excellent, there’s a mall behind the hotel and restaurants close by as well. Would stay again."

"This was our second visit. Simmi welcomed us with ❤️. A special place, different from all others. The wide ocean view from the rooms is spectacular and just a quick walk across the street a great food pub. Comfortable beds, great shower and all the amenities you need. Super quiet."

"I would stay here again. Friendly owners, conscientious, considerate, clean and yes professional. The beach is just across the street so very convenient. Lots of parking. Coffee and fridge with freezer. A bonus. A dear was grazing on their flowers right by the office door. Now that’s a great thing. He felt right at home too. I’ll be back."

"This is a beautiful home - it looks just like the photos. Access to the surrounding cliffside property and the beach below are added pluses. Robin was proactive in communication, so check in and understanding the home's features was easy peasy. Be aware that the stairs to the loft (sleeping space) are steep, but the stair lighting is useful for nighttime trips to the washroom. Overall as long as your mobility is good, I would recommend this place to others."
