The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and clean. I would have liked more pillows is my only criticism. We only stayed one night and we didn't eat but from our short stay I would recommend the Mercure.

The room was cold and unheated upon arrival and it took a long time for the heater, (which had no instructions) to take the chill off. Outside temp was about 5 degrees. There was also only one pillow per person provided. We requested an additional heater and pillows for the second night. Other guests had the same issues. Nonetheless, staff were very helpful and courteous, breakfast options were good and beds were comfy.
