They were always checking in on us, with great willingness to help. Something truly admirable is that all the hotel staff were always smiling, even with the hotel full and lots of work to do. The hotel also has a great pool and a wonderful view of the city, both from the pool area and the restaurant. Highly recommended! "

"The staff were very good the facility was in great shape for its age the rooms I stayed in were all updated the free breakfast was quite something lots of options but in general the staff were very courteous efficient polite while there were language barriers the new AI chat translation tools were very helpful they use them as well as I and that seemed to solve most issues with communication"
