About this property

Ground floor of a beachfront villa. Direct access to the ocean. Private pool. Spa for 10 people



  • Pretty 160m² villa downstairs with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 outdoor kitchen, private swimming pool, mature garden.

    There are also 2 bathrooms, one of which overlooks the terrace. 2 WC.

    EXTERIOR: Terrace of more than 200 m² with private swimming pool (12m long and 5m wide. Pool exclusively RESERVED FOR RENTAL. It is secured by safety barriers approved for children under 10 years of age.


    A small pier is at the bottom of the garden. Possibility of putting a horn more in front of the house (18 € / day).

    You can access Capizzolu beach less than 30 m from the house, either by the rocks (2 minutes) or by road 1 minute.

    We offer the rental of bathroom linen: € 7 per week and per person, including a large hand towel, a hand towel and a glove.

    Bed linen and kitchen linen (tea towels, glove, potholder) are provided.
