"Overall the place was great, the staff was amazing. My only complaint was that there was not enough pool or beach chairs for how many guests they accommodate. Also, their restaurant selection isn’t the best but the buffet was great. "

The employees were very friendly and helpful I really loved staying at the Riu in Aruba , this was my first time in Aruba staying at the Riu palace I stayed for 9 days , I did 4 excursions I had the time of my life . Can't wait to come back . Just bring sunscreen "

"I booked ocean view room up on arrival we got island view been told no room available only tomorrow , few days had broken lock with malfunction of key on the way back at check out front desk messed my stay with previous guest and tried to put international phone bill on us . Horrible non professional never seen before "

"You cannot ask for a better location without being directly on the beach. Many great restaurants, shops, bus stop, etc. right at your doorstep. The unit was very clean. My only two issues were the thermostats having to be set between 19-22°C, it was cold in there and the single blanket on the bed wasn’t enough. My other thing was the unit wasn't very well stocked with essentials. Maybe it is a law in Aruba to not have spices, or certain condiments, but it would be nice if there was at least salt and pepper in the unit. Its hard to buy that stuff when staying for a week and its extra to pack when bringing it from home. My unit last year had a pitcher, which was great to have for cold water. Extra kitchen supplies are needed in that unit. Otherwise, this was my second time staying at The Cove. I love the location and the units are clean, roomy, and comfortable. I would stay again!"
