It is located just a few kilometres from the beach and from the bustling city of Palermo. Its many large indoor and outdoor spaces ensure that every guest can find their own private space to enjoy their leisure time as they wish whilst on holiday, even in large groups.
Outside, there are several terraces both on the upper and lower levels. The lower level features an outdoor lounge area with rattan furniture, as well as a generous dining table and barbecue area, in addition to other well maintained garden areas.

Villa Amphora is located along a cliff edge, and the view takes in the vibrant town of Carini and its vast jagged coastline. The location is particularly advantageous as it guarantees absolute peace and privacy but, at the same time, allows you to easily reach the main beaches and the lively and fascinating city of Palermo (a wonderful melting pot of people, cultural attractions and numerous UNESCO World Heritage Sites).
Villa Amphora is an elegant and spacious luxury villa with a private pool located just a few kilometres from the city of Palermo.
Outside there is a large private swimming pool with sea views and hydro-massage corner, as well as a partially covered and tiled terrace with dining table and mood lighting for al fresco dining on pleasant summer evenings.
The pool is also accompanied by an outdoor bathroom with shower.
Exposed brickwork and wood are very much in evidence throughout the modern interiors. A beautiful Moorish style wrought iron gate leads from a cosy reception area, complete with rocking chair, to the bright living area with hanging chair, armchairs and an elegant wooden dining table. There is also a small bar area here. The kitchen is furnished in wood with stone worktops and is equipped for all modern conveniences. There is also a smaller dining table for informal coffee and reading breaks. A highlight of the property is the charming octagonal tower next door - which houses a naturally lit living room with large picture windows, lively sofas and plenty of potted palm plants for a tropical feel.
The villa has six bedrooms, each with its own character and modern tiled floors. Each room is also air-conditioned and has a balcony or access to the lower terrace. Three bedrooms also include a private bathroom, one with a bathtub, while the other three bedrooms share two other bathrooms, one with a bathtub.

Safety Deposit € 1.000 - All villas provide for the retention of the security deposit, before check-in, by pre-authorisation on the credit card or by bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in the booking). Greater compensation for further damage is always legally valid.

Please note that the price may vary depending on the number of bedrooms and guests staying in the villa.The bedrooms made available, where the number of guests is below the maximum occupancy, and in case of a reduced rate due to the lower occupancy, will be adequate for the number of guests to stay there. The accommodation is for exclusive use.
