I would have to say the on-site manager he is great he is helpful the room is always clean he's always there for you I love their different rooms they have I can't wait to come back I stared there at least once or twice a week and I live in the village it just feels so European I cannot wait to come back God I have so much fun there it's a great place to be

A fireplace and jacuzzi tub in room, with a lovely deck to relax on. Beautiful garden sitting area. All cozy and quiet. But a quick walk to the ocean front or to Carlsbad Village for dining, beach activities and nightlife. The Inn is a perfect retreat.

Such an amazing location and love that the parking is free. A place with a lot of charm and cool vibes. Comfortable beds and hot showers. Walking distance to good coffee and breakfast, lunch, dinner, beach, etc. Will definitely be back!!

We arrived from out of state to check in. There’s no one there to assist us. A text message indicates you contact them via a provided thread however no one responded. There’s a phone number but I attempted several times to contact them. No one answers the phone and you can’t leave a message. This place runs on auto pilot and there is no service. Our room smelled of mildew and the carpet has many obvious stains. If your idea of Bed and Breakfast is a granola bar and a cup of coffee from the kurig you will be pleased.

I would definitely stay at this property again we had the Newport room which was right in front and it was amazing. The room was clean, and you could walk to the village in 3 mins. Highly recommended!

This place is wonderful! Quiet and very comfortable. Rooms are spacious and it’s super close and walking distance to many restaurants and the village. Alfredo is very friendly and nice! He does a great job taking care of everything and made us feel like we were right at home.
