Luxury holiday home in play ¾ acre of landscaped garden, 5 minutes walk from the Dordogne river, bike path (Sarlat-Souillac) and village amenities. The accommodation is generous in size with a contemporary style and has all the modern amenities to spend a stress free holiday - satellite TV / DVD, Hi-Fi with connectivity, WI-FI, dishwasher, microwave. Downstairs there is an opening onto a covered terrace that provides shade from the midday sun large dining / living room. The combination of 3 bedrooms allows it to comfortably accommodate 10 adults. Two modern bathrooms, one with walk-in shower, with 1 WC and 1 separate WC. Laundry room with washing machine and iron if necessary. The property is suitable for families with children or couples. 10x5m heated pool with electric safety cover allowing a pleasant swim from May to October

Nous avons été déçu des prestations. Sur l'annonce super sympa mais à l'arrivée on a été déçu. Velux cassé, lit pour les jeunes inutilisable car complètement inconfortable, on a dû acheter un matelas gonflable, les parasols cassés, lave vaisselle en panne, matelas du lit au dessus du salon à changer, piscine peu entretenue. Ce qui m'embête c'est que le matériel n'est pas entretenu et que les propriétaires connaissaient avant notre arrivée les soucis mais ils n'ont rien fait, pas même un mot pour expliquer la situation. Nous avons l'habitude de louer et c'est la première fois qu'on est mécontent.

La propriété, une longère sur 2 étages, présente plusieurs avantages. Des chambres séparées, permettant aux 3 familles de garder leur intimité. De grandes pièces de vie avec salle de jeux. Un patio extérieur ombragé en face d'un BBQ et enfin une piscine spacieuse. Heureusement, les propriétaires ont fourni des ventilateurs sans quoi les températures caniculaires de la journée n'auraient pas pu être évacuées au cours de la nuit.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La location est très bien équipée et l'environnement très agréable. Les parties rénovées sont très belles. La partie plus ancienne est assez confortable, mais des travaux d'isolation thermique pourraient sans doute être utiles. La terrasse couverte est un endroit particulièrement agréable !

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances au sein de cette belle demeure pleine de charme. Avec un temps capricieux, nous avons apprécié la chaleur de la piscine au sel et la pergola nous permettant d'éviter la pluie ! je recommande ++

La maison est spacieuse, très agréable, joliment décorée, confortable; les extérieurs et la piscine en font la maison de vacances parfaite. C'est encore mieux que sur les photos ! Nous avons eu également de très bons contacts avec la propriétaire et la personne en charge de l'état des lieux. Notre séjour de 2 semaines a été parfait !

Everything went smoothly, nothing to add aside from owners were really thoughtful and patient with the overall process which (due to Covid) was very last minute! I definitely recommend the property for families or groups of friends. There is plenty of space to retreat to little corners for quiet time. Our kids loved the pool! Thank you Christine and Co.

Emplacement central pour visiter les points d'intérêts du Périgord. Bonnes prestations et environnement très calme. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires, nous recommandons. P.S. : Voiture indispensable.

Il s agit d une belle maison de caractère, pleine de charmes, spacieuse avec une belle terrasse, idéalement placée au calme mais proche du village . Il y a une belle deco (la partie contemporaine concerne les chambres et les salles de bain). La literie dans 2 chambres est de très bonne qualité. Néanmoins il y a qq travaux à prévoir dans la chambre au dessus du salon : il n y a pas d occultation de la fenêtre de toit, la literie du grand lit n est pas adaptée pour des adultes et nous avons eu qq soucis avec l électricité. L escalier menant à la piscine est dangereux et mériterait d être entretenu de même pour les dalles de la piscine Enfin selon nous, la prestation n est pas de luxe comme indiqué dans l annonce. Même si la prestation est de qualité certaine, "luxueux" semble excessif : kit ménagé trop léger (pas de nappe, pas de fond d épicerie , pas de fond de produits ménagés ...) Pour finir les conditions d annulation, les nombreux frais : ménage 150 euros, serviettes, draps, caution de 2000 euros nous paraissent au global excessifs. En conclusion, nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette belle propriété toutefois quelques aménagements sont indispensables. A noter nous n avons pas rencontré les proprietaires (aucun contact pendant ou après le séjour ) heureusement l accueil de Marina a été très chaleureux.
