    28m² studio located on the 2nd floor of a residence with lift and heated swimming pool. It is situated in the centre of Carnac beach, in immediate proximity to the thalassotherapy centre and nautical base, and approximately 200m from the beach, 500m from the shopping centre and 1.5km from a supermarket.

    Main orientation north.

    - Open kitchen overlooking the living room: fridge with freezer, coffee makers (electric + Senseo), kettle, toaster, 2 vitroceramic hobs, dishwasher, microwave

    - Living room with TV, 1 folding sofa bed in 160 cm, table, chairs

    - Renovated bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin with 1 basin, WC, storage

    - Balcony with table and chairs

    Heated communal swimming pool from June to mid-September.

"Appartement très bien conçu et agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le petit balcon donnant sur la piscine et la chambre de l'entrée, dont on pouvait fermer la porte, lorsque nous avions besoin de nous isoler.
